Meet Our Team
NAVEEN CHOPRA- CHAIRMAN
C Point Group inherits the legacy and experience of Mr. Naveen Chopra, whose corporate career of over 40 years exemplifies unwavering dedication and profound wisdom that have left an indelible mark on the landscape of business.
As the Chairman of C Point Group, Naveen currently advises a range of businesses on strategic growth and operational priorities. He also serves as the Chairman of CloudExtel, which was acquired in May’23 by Macquarie Capital in a $100mn transaction.
Prior to this, Naveen served as a Senior Advisor to American private equity fund TPG Capital on its India portfolio, working with their investee companies and promoter groups to drive growth, performance improvement and value addition.
In the early parts of his career, Mr. Chopra worked with Britannia Industries where he launched multiple consumer products which are now a staple in Indian households. Hailing from an army family, Mr. Chopra credits his upbringing to his ethics and principled approach to working with clients.
Before his advisory career, Mr. Chopra was a senior telcom executive having lead the operations of Vodafone India as COO. He lead Mumbai & Rajasthan circles as the CEO before setting up Vodafone’s enterprise business which he grew to $1 billion in revenue. Naveen was also part of Vodafone’s global leadership team. Within telecom he served on the boards of You Broadband and Indus Towers, one of the world’s largest telecom tower companies at the time.

UDAI CHOPRA- FOUNDER
C Point Group is the culmination of Udai Chopra’s vision to expand a thriving private consultancy by adding marketing and technology development to the advisory services provided to our clients. This stems from a desire to help businesses execute on the advice provided to them, ensuring C Point Group provides an integrated offering of value added services.
Born in India and groomed in the West, Udai holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California, along with a Business Analytics Specialization from Wharton. He began his career in Investment Banking at EY before moving to Microsoft’s startup team, where Udai was responsible for managing startup engagements across Middle East, North Africa and South Asia, being the youngest person to hold the role. Mr. Chopra has worked with startups from Pre-Seed to Series C and focused on helping them leverage Microsoft’s cloud, engineering and research capabilities in addition to providing them co-selling opportunities with Microsoft and access to it’s venture fund.
Udai also serves as the Co-Founder and CMO of DavaNInja, a 60 minute medicine delivery app based in Mumbai, India. With a passion for health and wellness, he previously managed special projects in growth, marketing & technology at Meddo health, a clinic aggregator based in Gurgaon, India.
Udai brings technology development and marketing expertise to C Point Media. He believes in mentoring startups and also serves on the advisory board of the Institute of Risk Management - India Affiliate.
